Born in Sicily, Giuseppe completed his studies in 2018 at theBarenboim-Said Academy in Berlin with Nelson Goerner. In the same year he won a Tabor Foundation Award at the Verbier Festival Academy, received a prestigious Klavier Ruhr Festival scholarship, and was selected by YCAT. In 2017 Giuseppe won 2nd Prize at the Montréal International Competition along with five other awards including the People’s Choice.

Solo highlights include appearances with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic (conducted by Vasily Petrenko), the Royal Philharmonic, Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal (conducted by Claus Peter Flor) and the Orchestra del Teatro la Fenice. In 2017 he premiered a concerto by Benjamin Attahir with the Pierre Boulez Ensemble conducted by Daniel Barenboim in the opening concert of the Boulez Saal.
Giuseppe has performed at major venues including the Auditorio Sony in Madrid, Luis Vuitton Foundation in Paris, Giuseppe Verdi Theatre in Trieste and Maison Symphonique de Montréal.

Engagements during 2019/20 include recitals at Wigmore Hall, the Boulez-Saal in Berlin, the Klavier-Ruhr, Lerici and Armonie Valcerrina Festivals. He performs concertos by Beethoven at the Staatstheater Cottbus with the Philharmonische Orchestra, in Florence with the New Generation Orchestra, and with the McGill Chamber Orchestra in Montreal.
Prior to joining the Barenboim-Said Academy, Giuseppe studied in Italy with Siavush Gadjiev and Giuseppe Cultrera, and in Berlin with Eldar Neblosin at the Hochschule für Musik ‘Hanns Eisler’ graduating with a Masters in 2016.
